  • Followed the National Incident Management System (NIMS) to act with proper credentials and permissions under the direct commander to submit proper documentation of the incident for later usage of probable evidence in records.
  • Register valid personel details of assets for Statement Of Work (SOW), collaboration with other groups, even some under the nondisclsure agreement (NDA) towards Incident Response recovery for the local area to return to its original or better state.

  • Created virtual machines on Hypervisor, to test penetrations and connect to devices that weren't as identifiable before using Wireshark.
  • Wireshark was utilized for monitoring the network for an analysis of it's architecture, configurations, performance, and security, in order to submit a recommended anecdote for any and all spotted issues found.
  • Researched Google Zero Day Attack #5, that is now marked as CVE-2022-32893 and CVE-2022-32894 by NIST and CISA in submitting an OSINT project.

  • Kept coolers under 38℉ and freezers under 32℉. in order to prevent bacterial growth on chilled and frozen items for better transporation and quality.
  • Staged totes in their homes as soon as they were dropped off and prepped orders to ensure quick delivery, constantly checked the TC to see the status of an order to be delivered and additional notes from customers later updated.
  • Managed the backroom by guiding traffic in and made sure new carts where ready to go as soon as they were dropped off to be guided out if needed, to prevent crowding possible accidents.
  • Shopped for customers on the salesfloor, storage rooms, and delivery rooms by utilizing our equipped TC to check the items availability before dismissing an item for refund.
